Classic Snake
Build the game that's been eating pixels (and time) since the 70s.

What you're building
You're building a fully playable Snake game from scratch — arrow keys steer a hungry green snake around a canvas grid, food spawns randomly, your tail grows every time you eat, and the game ends the moment you hit a wall or yourself. By the end you'll have a slick game-over screen and a restart button, and you'll actually understand how classic arcade games track position and state under the hood.
What you'll unlock 🔓
You'll need
- Basic JavaScript
- Arrays and objects
- A code editor
